Friends and Family,
As most of you know Shannon and I have been together for almost seven years. We found each other as many 18 year olds do, while attending a party of a common friend. I wish I could doll up the setting a bit, but it was your typical social gathering equipped with red Dixie plastic cups, ping pong balls and even a Keystone Light Keg. The people in attendance created a cornucopia of Westside and inner-city recent graduates looking to cut loose and have a little summer fun. Among those who showed up was a young and beautiful angel named Shannon Triplett. After employing a little persuasion I was able to convince my friends, as well as hers, to hangout after the party. This was the big push of the rest of my life.
Shannon was enrolled in the 2003 fall semester at Arizona State University, so I managed to spend almost every waking moment of her few remaining days with her before she left to Arizona and as I assumed at the time, out of my life. I sent her a friendly text as she made her way out to Phoenix, and fortunately I got a friendly text back. I was already hooked. This continued for two weeks and before I knew it I was boarding a plane to go and visit. That weekend she became my girlfriend and I spent most of that fall semester in the beautiful Arizona sunshine with my new best friend, and as they say........... The rest is history!

Beautiful Tanoan Country Club will be the setting for the start of our life together. Please join us as we stand before friends and family to begin the next step in our life journey. This will be a joyous evening of great food, music and lots of laughs.

We live life from one trip to the next. The best day in our life will be followed by a beautiful trip down to the Caribbean Island of St. Lucia. The 14 day stay will no doubt be packed with time in the sun and each other's arms. It makes it easy to love someone who loves the same things that you do, like lounging on the beach to the sound of mother nature's metronome, her waves and beautiful warmth. We have always loved to travel and would greatly appreciate your help in visiting our chosen honeymoon destination.
