Charles and I first met at his sister, Hallie's, birthday party at the Joyo Theatre. Charles and I both performed there. He played guitar and sang and I danced. As I was watching him play, I really admired his talent and also his courage to get up in front of all those people. Later that evening, when I talked to him, I discovered in him a warm, down to earth personality, with a great sense of humor. I knew we would be friends.
We did not see each other again for months but we both kept hoping to run into each other. His sister, Nicole, unknowingly to us, arranged for us to meet again. Every time we met I learned something new about him that I admired. I felt that our friendship could grow into something more although I was not exactly sure how he felt. He finally told me how he felt about me and we have not been apart since!
We are truly best friends and cannot wait to declare our love to each other in front of our family and friends! |
We are looking forward to spending our honeymoon doing one of our favorite things, road tripping! We will drive to a place near Santa Fe, New Mexico called Ojo Caliente where we will spend a few days soaking in mineral waters and hot springs and exploring the local area. We will then make our way back home taking scenic routes and exploring. This will be our Honeymoon Adventure! |
